This page explains what information Timelinesmith collects when you visit this website, buy a product or activate a license, and how we use it.

When you visit the website

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

When you buy

To complete a payment, we collect your name, email address, phone number and billing address. Our payment provider, Yekpay, requires these details to process the payment. Your card details are entered on Yekpay's payment page and are never sent to us.

We use your email to send your download link, license key, receipts, important product updates and replies to your support requests.

When you activate a license

When you activate a product, the extension sends your license key and an anonymous ID for your computer to our license server. We use this only to check the license and to count activations. The extension doesn't send your projects, media or files.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services we need to run the store: our payment provider (Yekpay), our website and license server host, and our email delivery service. We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep order and license records for as long as your license is active and as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you product emails, by writing to support@timelinesmith.com. If we delete your order record, we may no longer be able to restore your license.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
