Terms of Sale and License

These terms apply when you buy or use a Timelinesmith product, such as Easy Type Motion. “We” and “us” mean Timelinesmith. “You” means the person or company buying or using the product. By buying or installing a product, you agree to these terms.

What you buy

You buy a license to use the software, not ownership of it. Each product is a digital download delivered by email after payment. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) on the product page and are paid once. There is no subscription.

Your license

• One license is for one person or one company seat.
• You can activate it on up to two computers that you use. You can move an activation to another computer from inside the extension.
• You can use the product for personal and commercial video work, including client projects.
• Updates within the same major version (for example 1.x) are free.

What you can't do

• Share, resell, rent or publish the software, its files or your license key.
• Remove or bypass the license check.
• Copy the product's templates or code into another product for sale.

If a license key is shared or misused, we may deactivate it.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Yekpay. We do not see or store your card details. Your bank may show the charge in a different currency or add its own fees.

System requirements

Each product page lists the supported Premiere Pro versions and operating systems. Please check them before you buy.

No warranty

We test our products carefully, but the software is provided “as is”. Save your project and keep backups. Our tools never delete your original clips, but we are not responsible for lost work, missed deadlines or other indirect losses. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown on this page when you buy.
